The LC Technology Solutions welding chambers are designed to produce great titanium welding results every time.
The photos to the left are pictures of titanium welded inside our chambers. They show nice clean welds with no discoloration. This is because there is virtually no oxygen and moisture inside of the welding chamber.
Our systems are designed to take the “magic” out of welding titanium or any other air sensitive material.
All the welder has to do is place the part inside of the unit. Purge the welding chamber with argon for a short time. Then start welding the material. It is as simple and straight forward as that.
Without the presents of oxygen and moisture air sensitive materials can be easily welded.
