IFW Dresden Uses Glovebox for Molecular Beam Expitaxy

IFW Dresden’s Institute for Integrative Nanosciences use their argon filled LC Technology glovebox for molecular beam expitaxy by directly connecting it to the MBE transfer-line backbone.  Samples can be prepared in various ways inside the glovebox (including etching, resist stripping, etc) and transferred directly into the MBE chambers. www.ifw-dresden.de/institutes/iin/laboratories/molecular-beam-epitaxy
