IFW Dresden Uses Glovebox for Molecular Beam Expitaxy
IFW Dresden’s Institute for Integrative Nanosciences use their argon filled LC Technology glovebox for molecular beam expitaxy by directly connecting it to the MBE transfer-line backbone.
